The Syracuse model isĪvailable in both ebonite and hard rubber. Same material used in our metal mouthpieces, and plated with 24-carat gold. The window walls areĬoncave in order to ensure an obvious timbre depth in all registers. Its short roll-over baffle, flowing into a medium-largeĬhamber, provides the Syracuse model with a full, not excessively dark timbre. The Syracuse model was designed for musicians who look for a traditional, warm and full sound as wellĪs timbre homogeneity and great projection. Media (Infinito ebonite 8* - performed by Claudio Guida) 490.00 € 380.00 € VAT excl. The Infinito model was designed for saxophonists who look for a full and dark sound, characterized by excellent focus and timbre richness that provide this model with excellent features and an unusual character for a mouthpiece that can be classified as “dark”. The window walls are slightly concave and seamlessly flow into the medium chamber. The chamber was designed in order to provide the sound depth of a big chamber, while maintaining the typical projection and focus of a medium chamber. Without a baffle – except a light and almost undetectable roll-over baffle on the tip – it has a medium chamber that provides the sound with great focus. For a dark mouthpiece, the Infinito model has a very rich timber, not dull at all. It was designed with the intention of creating a dark model with a great projection. The Infinito model for tenor saxophone is the darkest of CG Mouthpiece Italy mouthpieces.
